You are totally not seeing a pattern here.

Dudes and dudettes, I have to confess something to you people.

I was supposed to finish Steins;Gate so I could write about it, but I’m only 7 or 8 episodes in. And from what little I have seen, it has blown my mind into tiny little atoms, reconstituted it back again, and then blew it out of my nose.

Nevermind that the characters are… two-dimensional. Or that one of them was totally designed to appeal to the otaku. Or that two directors had to share the workload, with one of them a famed director, the other more known for making moe shows than actual shows.

No, seriously, you’re not seeing a pattern.

I’ve never seen  a story attempting to mesh in time travel, conspiracy theories, a good dose of hard science fiction and a bit of horror. Or that they managed to call Halko Momoi to voice one of the characters. Or that the OP is probably one of the best things to happen to anime music for a while (me hearing it live being one of the deciding factors).

Halp how did Yandere Trance get in here

Or that Makise Kurisu is probably the hottest character, and is canonically YANDERE.

I’m so sorry for not finishing Steins;Gate, people. I must now go hang my head in shame.

No, really, there’s no pattern to this.

Tomorrow: I insult everyone and declare Kamen Rider Fourze fun.
